Willow Yoga Studio, aptly named for their location in Willow Street, PA, offers a variety of yoga classes! This includes slow flow, restorative yoga, chair yoga, Yin yoga, and more.
In addition, they also offer teacher training programs! A 200-hour program for those looking to share their passion for yoga or deepen their personal practice.
Monica, co-owner of Willow Yoga, reached out to see if I could capture a training session before they wrapped up their current program. Fun fact: the program takes place over several months! It’s a combination of in-person training at the studio, breath work, meditation, anatomy, and more.
I arrived at the tail end of a class to grab a few photos as the instructors went about their training! I also was able to capture a group photo, and a headshot of the 2 owners: Monica and Leah!
Branding photos will only work as much as you do- you have to put them to use! Willow Yoga used one image as a cover photo for a teacher training info session!
